Submission Guide

Calling all aspiring artists! At HWING, we value your passion and creativity. To streamline our music submission process, please follow these updated guidelines:

1. Submission Portal

  • Where to Submit: All music submissions must be made through our dedicated submission page. Please avoid sending submissions via email or social media.

2. Submission Options

a. Standard Release (7 days for review)

  • Timeline: Your music will be reviewed within 7 days.

b. Preferred Release (Select Date & Time)

  • Flexibility: Choose a specific date and time for your music release, giving you control over the schedule.

c. Premiere Release (Includes Social Media Boost)

  • Visibility: Your music will be featured prominently on our homepage for one day and promoted across our social media platforms with a direct link to your song, album, or video.

Make a lasting impression with our Digital Cover Submission:

  • Professional Digital Cover: A specially designed cover that captures the essence of your music, video, or album.
  • Comprehensive Write-Up: A well-crafted description to effectively convey your message to our audience.
  • Extensive Promotion: Shared across our social media platforms and with our dedicated subscribers for maximum visibility.

Requirements: Submit high-quality photos for the cover creation. This cover can be used to promote a single, video, album, or as a standalone piece.

4. Rush Delivery

  • Immediate Posting: For urgent needs, we offer guaranteed posting within 24 hours if your submission is accepted.

5. Accepted Submissions

  • Music Links: Include a link to your music from platforms like SoundCloud, YouTube, Audiomack, or Spotify. We do not accept MP3 files unless specifically requested.

6. Email Notifications

  • Post Confirmation: Once your post is live, we will notify you via email with a link. Please check your spam/junk folder and whitelist submission(@)h-wing.net.

7. No Guarantee

  • Submission Consideration: While we welcome submissions from all artists, we cannot guarantee that your song will be posted on HWING.

8. Post Format

  • Display: Accepted submissions will be featured as a blog post or part of our #RADARCollection.

9. Social Media Sharing

  • Extra Exposure: All accepted submissions may be shared on our social media accounts to further boost your music’s reach.

10. Refunds

  • Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for submission fees, except for our Promo-package.

    Date: Select the desired date for your release (e.g., June 10, 2024).
    Time (UK Time): Set the specific time you wish your submission to be posted.
    Rush Delivery*
    Indicate if you require rush delivery for immediate posting.

  3. Artist and Project Information

    Artist*
    Enter the name of the performing artist(s).
    Title*
    Provide the title of your submission (Single, Music Video, Album, EP, Mixtape).
    Featuring
    List any featured artists.
    Producer
    Name the producer(s) involved in the project.
    Record Label
    Include the name of your record label, if applicable.
    Link*
    Provide a link to stream your music (SoundCloud, YouTube, Audiomack, Spotify, etc.).
    Artwork*
    Upload up to 3 files of artwork. Ensure the minimum image dimensions are 600×600 pixels, and the maximum file size is 10MB.
    Description
    Write a brief description of your single, video, album, EP, or mixtape. This will be published along with your release (minimum 180 characters).
    Upload Press Release
    Upload any press releases or additional materials (up to 4 files).

  4. Artist Social Media

    X (formerly Twitter)
    Enter your Twitter handle.
    Instagram
    Provide your Instagram username.
    TikTok
    Add your TikTok username.
