HWING Submission Terms & Conditions

Submission Process (Subject to Terms and Conditions):

  1. Submit Your Content
    Provide your music video or audio file link (via Google Drive, Unlisted YouTube Link, Dropbox, or Vimeo) along with your full contact details, including email and phone number, for review.
  2. Review Process
    Submissions will undergo our quality control review. If successful, we may request additional related materials and will provide you with information on our packages and pricing options.
  3. Package Selection & Payment
    Upon choosing your package, you will be required to accept our Terms & Conditions before making any payment.
  4. Processing Time
    Due to the high volume of submissions, reviews may take up to 7 days. Please be patient and allow us time to give your content the attention it deserves.
  5. Additional Promotions
    Any extra features, including premieres or Instagram posts outside of your selected package, will be at HWING’s discretion and are not available for purchase separately.

Terms & Conditions of Submission Agreement

By submitting your content, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. HWING will only engage with content that meets these conditions:

Definitions:

  1. HWING: The platform responsible for showcasing and promoting submitted music or videos.
  2. You (Submitter): The owner of the music or video content or an authorized distributor with the rights to submit.
  3. Video/Audio Content: Any music, video, or audio files submitted for review, including all compositions, lyrics, visuals, and audio recordings.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights: All present and future rights associated with the submitted content, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
  5. Owner: The creator of the submitted content who holds the necessary rights for distribution.

Warranties & Responsibilities:

2.1. Authorized Submission:
You confirm that you have the full legal right or proper licensing to submit the content. If you are submitting on behalf of a group, band, or artist, you must have their explicit permission.

2.2. Originality & Ownership:
You guarantee that the submitted content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

2.3. Age Requirement:
You and all individuals featured in the video must be at least 16 years of age at the time of submission.

2.4. No Harmful Content:
The submitted content must be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

2.5. Public Viewing Consent:
You acknowledge that by submitting your content, you consent to it being publicly viewed on HWING’s platforms.

Limitation of Liability:

3.1. No Liability for Losses:
HWING is not responsible for any loss of profits, business, social media followers, or reputation due to the submission or publication of content.

3.2. Indirect or Consequential Losses:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your submission.

Indemnity:

5.1. Protection of HWING:
You agree to indemnify and hold HWING harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that arise as a result of submitting your content, including legal fees.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance:

6.1. Personal Data:
By submitting your content, you provide us with personal information, which may include names, images, and other identifying details.

6.2. Data Usage:
HWING will process your data only in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

8.1. Legal Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

General Provisions:

9.1. No Partnership:
This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and HWING.

9.2. Amendments:
Any changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

9.3. Severability:
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
